So there's this guy, and he says he's converted a Ford (why?) Escort to run on 4 ounces Water (H20) which is converted to to HH0 (sounds like h2o?) and it will drive 100 trouble-free miles (farther than most Escorts). I haven't heard any top speeds, but things are looking up in Hummer-land.

Upon further research, this really isn't adding up unless he found a new and more efficient version of electrolysis. If this is the case, then that (electrolysis) would be the breakthrough.
